I offer classes for Iyengar yoga, Patanjali yoga, meditation, pranayama, relaxation and stress management. And my classes are conducted in English - es darf auch deutsch gesprochen werden.
Things you need for the yoga class: Yoga pants or stretchable pants, a Yoga mat, a bottle of water.
Basic recommendations for practicing yoga:
1. Yoga should be practiced only during early morning and late evening hours.
2. One must have an empty stomach, bladder and bowels while doing Yoga. So, try to plan your breakfast after the yoga class. Tea or fruit juice before the class is acceptable.
3. For Women-Avoid doing Yoga during the first 3 days of your menstrual period.
4. Avoid eating meat products for body cleansing (optional).
